Late Arrival Policy

If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, this may require adjustments to your service/s. Or, require rescheduling of the entire appointment depending on the service/s and time remaining of the initial appointment.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. 

No call no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.


Adjustment/ Refund Policy

If there is ever a time that you are unhappy with a service I've preformed and I've somehow missed the mark you are more than welcome and encouraged to give the salon a call. As long as you are able to come back into the salon within 2 weeks of the initial appointment you will receive an adjustment at no cost. With this being said, services are not otherwise refundable.



These policies have been put in place to minimize revenue loss, ensure consistent service quality and to maintain a respect of schedules, stylist and client alike. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client with these policies in place.
