My name is Raechel Alaimo and I’ve been a professional hairstylist for the past 10 years.
After starting out as an assistant and makeup artist in a boutique salon in Stamford in 2013, I enrolled in Riccis Toni & Guy Newtown Academy. Since graduating from Riccis in 2015, I’ve worked my way through the ranks of the industry ultimately becoming a master stylist.
I genuinely enjoy keeping up with current trends and techniques and continue to train with companies such as Goldwell, Bellami, Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, and Nick Arrojo, as well as some incredibly talented independent educators.
I currently work at Effis Salon in the Saugatuck neighborhood of Westport, Connecticut. I specialize in luxury brunettes, lived-in color and custom coloring. I love all things hair, minus mens cuts!
